 | | The conveyor system is an important part of an efficient coating system, as an optimal conveyor line reduces the size of the facility and expedites the total coating process. Through several years of experience, Accustrip now holds the expert knowledge to plan and design coating systems which utilize the conveyor system to the maximum.
We recommend different conveyor solutions, depending on the size and weight of the item, as well as the temperature during the coating process.

Single Conveyor
A single conveyor can handle temperatures up to 240 °C (corresponding to a tempering oven or a drying oven. The speed can be adjusted to the production needs of the client, and the chain can resist a load of 100 kg. on each running metre. The conveyor can be equipped with C-hooks, beater profiles and mounting boom.
The single conveyor is operated by one or more drive stations that can carry the special C-profiled flector chain both horizontally and vertically by using special flexures. The distance between the mounting points may vary between 180, 270 or 360 mm.
Special Single Conveyor for high temperaturesThis special single conveyor is distinguished by being water cooled, and can thus be used at temperatures up to 400 C (corresponding to a high temperature oven).
Power & Free
This type of conveyor is distinguished by its flexibility regarding both the weight of the item, as well as the size of it. A Power & Free conveyor system can transport items up to 3500 kg and 23 metre long, and the speed can be adjusted according to the production need of the client.

The Power & Free conveyor is operated by one or more drive stations that can carry the line both horizontally and vertically, by using special flexures.
The conveyor consists of two C-profiles mounted above each other with the operating flector chain on the top profile and the mounting boom on the lower profile. Switches, controls, turning sections, drop/lift stations are available as attachments.
Manual Conveyor
This is a manual version of a conveyor, and the manual conveyor is constructed from the same C-profiles as the previous systems. Each wagon carries a weight up to 1000 kg and the attachments of the line consist of flexures, switches, automatic sidetransfer, drop/lift stations and turning units.
